Rob has exceptional insight into the challenges and dynamics of our organisation and I was able to move forward significantly in developing and guiding individual staff and the organisation as a whole." CEO of VI Society

Training

"I really enjoyed this training day. I found Rob to be an enthralling speaker and knowledgeable about the subjects he was talking about. He listened to us and wasn't patronising. I came away knowing I'd taken away the tools and confidence to become a good manager. I can't wait to use these tools at the earliest opportunity, and I can't wait for another training day with Rob." - Catherine Ward, Senior Retail Manager, Life Charity

Rob’s Just About Managing course really does enable you to make the most of your own abilities. It’s amazing quite how a different skilled perspective can allow you to refresh what you find you already know (even that which you may not have realised you knew) and transform your skill base into a more management-focused form. The one to one mentoring/coaching sessions are also invaluable to put a personal experience spin on the revelations from the group course sessions." - Sven Harvey, Age UK Birmingham

Thank you for your training yesterday. I found it informative, inspiring and transformative: I have already made three changes to the way I communicate." - Ginny Cullen MInstF (Cert) Father Hudson's Care

Highly recommend this course. Not only because of the content but also the potential to develop. Coaching session was particularly useful as it's tailored to your own development and personal aspirations - makes you accountable for your own growth. Thank you!" - Nazia Fazal
