About us

Livability is the disability charity that connects people with their communities.
We tackle social isolation and the barriers that can cause this in the lives of disabled and vulnerable people.

Collection Box Volunteer

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who would be happy to collect for Livability at a local supermarket, garden centre etc.  Collection dates will be arranged by the local fundraiser. This will help us raise our profile and collect vital funds for the people we support

This is a great opportunity for a volunteer looking for a flexible role which can be fitted into their schedule. The role would suit someone who likes to get out and about and connect with people in their area.

Your role will involve:

  • Representing Livability at supermarket or garden centre collections etc.
  • Engaging with customers at the supermarket collections
  • Counting, banking and recording monies

We are looking for volunteers who would be happy to place and manage collection tins in their local area, in locations such as shops, businesses and community spaces.
